We’re looking for skilled Groundworkers to join our dedicated teams Due to continued growth, Shanco is looking to recruit experienced groundworks gangs in Teesside and Northallerton. This is a strong opportunity for committed, enthusiastic and hardworking teams who want long-term work on well-organised local projects.
We are looking for gangs who take pride in their work, work well together, and are ready to contribute to a professional site environment from day one.
The work
These roles are suited to gangs who are confident across a range of groundworks activities and can work closely with site teams to keep projects moving.
- Drainage
- Foundations
- External works
- General groundworks and finishing works
What we are looking for
- Established groundwork gangs with relevant site experience
- Committed, enthusiastic and hardworking teams
- A strong focus on quality, safety and teamwork
- Own hand tools
- Valid machine tickets where applicable
- A reliable approach and a willingness to get stuck in
