Work Starts on New Leeds Pool

Work has commenced on Leeds University's new £12m pool and and fitness centre.

Shanco are providing the complete groundworks package including; enabling, earthworks, drainage, foundations and externals for main contractor Willmott Dixon.

 

The development, which is anticipated to be complete in Spring 2010 will include:

An eight-lane, heated 25m pool with a moveable floor.
200-station fitness suite.

Sauna and Steam Room.

Cafe.
