Building on their relationship with Ellen Construction and following work to Bewley’s Prestigious Leeds Hotel. Shanco were awarded the contract for the construction of the substructure & superstructure of the new extension to the Bewleys T3 Airport hotel in Manchester.
The project involved the construction of a 9 storey RC and Precast Concrete frame (approx 600m2 per floor) and also included full site compound set-up, drainage/groundworks, internal structural work and final landscaping operations.
