This is a groundworks and RC package for the adaption of an existing mill into several hundred luxury flats. Adjoining the existing mill will be 2 new blocks of flats. Shanco’s work is primarily the construction of all RC foundation structures to both new and existing buildings as well as all RC flooring and drainage works.
